My last blog regarding dodgy dealings received a fair bit of traffic and indeed sparked up some debate on Twitter and my inbox. Thanks to everyone for getting involved.
I wanted to clarify the situation regarding the mobile app providers, Conduit Mobile.
A representative from the company has been in touch and answered some of the points I made in the blog and I have amended the original post to reflect their points made.
I put a notification onto the app for all to read, along with an important message on the welcome window, requesting that users send me a quick message. Guess how many people bothered to take the time to reply ? Less than 10 ! Lazy bastards.
I wouldn’t mind if I asked someone to go to the post office and post a letter… all they have to do is click a window (the contact page on the app) and send me a quick message. Simple.. or so I thought !
Oh well, mustn’t grumble.
Anyway, the reason for this update is to let you know that the app had to be re-submitted to the Apple store due to the recent iOS upgrade, and is also now in the Android store, both stores have the app which feature the new graphics but exactly the same operating system.
If you don’t have the new app, get a free upgrade now. You will be pleased to know that the app WILL remain and I won’t be cancelling it once the 6 months free Platinum upgrade expires.
